* Post-Sales Support: Acting as a Technical Account Manager for customers means working with them for a long period of time (typically years). This enables us to thoroughly understand each customer’s culture, business needs and ICT infrastructure. The benefit if this is that Mega Oasis can then offer a high level of effective support and advice. The support can be available round the clock, 365 days a year.
